Trident Gear guarantees you will be satisfied with the vast selection of products we offer. Your satisfaction is our top priority! You have 30 days (after shipping date) to return an item and/or items. (For example: if your order was shipped on January 1st, then you would have til the 31st (or the 1st of the month for the months with only 30 days in the month to be within the allocated return policy parameters.)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED with your return. You will need to email RMA@weartrident.com and one of our studs will email you the form within 24-48 business hours. When returning your order, you MUST include both the RMA form and your original packing slip to be valid and accepted. We will ONLY accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original packaging with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage and any other fees applicable are to be paid by you as the customer.
Please note: ANY SALE, DISCOUNTED, CUSTOMIZED or EXCLUSIVE items can NOT be returned for a refund or in-store credit!
Returns are usually processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival at our offices (however at peak seasons we politely ask for your patience and understanding). We will notify you via e-mail once we have processed the returned item and issued your refund or issued you in-store credit. Clearance items and final sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
